These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and dkk11.cam ("dkk11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dkk11 website located at https://dkk11.cam and all associated services, features, content, mobile interfaces and functionalities (collectively, the "Service").

dkk11 is an English-language online entertainment platform providing sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slots and instant game services. The platform is operated for users in English and is designed with Pakistani users in mind, with PKR currency support and familiarity with payment methods commonly used across Pakistan including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Reference to these payment providers is for contextual guidance only and does not constitute endorsement, partnership or any claim that said providers support gambling-related transactions.

By creating an account, accessing the Service, placing any wager, participating in any promotion or using any feature of dkk11, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the dkk11 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, match bonus or incentive awarded to a User's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity, age and address verification process required by the Platform before permitting withdrawals and certain account actions.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency of Pakistan. dkk11 may display account balances in PKR subject to cashier availability.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Service is restricted, prohibited or requires a local license not held by the Platform.
• "Service" means the dkk11 website, mobile interface, sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, promotions and all associated features available through https://dkk11.cam.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game play initiated by a User using real money Balance on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.

To register for and use dkk11, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Service:

Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion arrangement from gambling services, whether imposed by dkk11 or any other gambling operator or regulatory programme.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

Each user may hold only one (1) registered account on dkk11 at any time. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. dkk11 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings derived from them.

4.1 Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate personal details during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify dkk11 immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4.2 Identity Verification

As part of its KYC procedure, dkk11 may require you to submit one or more of the following verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary by the Platform:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, an original or scanned CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport is typically accepted.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement) where required — the document must be dated within three (3) months and must match your registered account details.
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the Platform's secure verification portal.
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account dashboard confirming the mobile number matches your registered account).

All KYC document submissions must be made exclusively through dkk11's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send sensitive identity documents via unsecured messaging apps, email or social media channels.

You agree to use dkk11 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or activity.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, crawlers, spiders or any other software or tool to access, scrape, monitor or interact with the Platform without express written consent.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping or any form of cheating that manipulates the outcome of games or wagers.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs or pricing anomalies ("palpable errors") in the Platform's systems to obtain an unfair advantage. dkk11 reserves the right to void any wagers placed as a result of a demonstrable technical or pricing error.
• Opening or attempting to open an account while subject to a self-exclusion order from dkk11 or any other gambling platform.
• Misusing bonuses or promotional offers by creating duplicate accounts, making deposits solely to exploit a bonus offer without genuine play intent, or by circumventing bonus terms in bad faith.
• Transferring account balances or proceeds of play to third parties, or using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any conduct that could cause dkk11 reputational, financial or legal harm.

Breach of any Acceptable Use provision may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Deposits into your dkk11 Account are subject to the minimum and maximum limits, processing times and available methods displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. All limits are subject to change without prior notice.

6.1 Payment Methods

dkk11 may support a variety of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-linked bank transfers, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in the cashier. Reference to these payment brands does not imply that those providers endorse, permit or facilitate gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment provider permits the intended transaction.

6.2 Deposit Responsibilities

• You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• All deposited funds must represent legitimately held personal funds. dkk11 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and may report suspicious deposit activity to relevant authorities.
• dkk11 does not accept credit card deposits where prohibited by applicable law or payment provider policy.
• Currency conversion costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User. dkk11 does not guarantee a fixed PKR exchange rate against any foreign currency.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC completion, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and the Platform's internal review process. dkk11 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, and no representation of "instant" withdrawal is made.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and will, where possible, be returned via the same method as the original deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
• dkk11 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing timelines.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only real money Balance and winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing windows vary by payment method: e-wallet methods (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) may process faster than bank transfers (e.g., HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), which may take multiple business days. These are indicative only and are not guaranteed timelines.

dkk11 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available.

• Each promotion will specify its own wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is achieved), minimum odds restrictions (where applicable), eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds.
• Bonus amounts shown in promotional material are illustrative unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed amounts at the time of eligibility confirmation.
• dkk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

All sports bets, casino game play and other wagering activity on dkk11 is subject to the general rules set out in this section, together with any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform.

9.1 Sports Betting

Cricket markets — including but not limited to PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team and international domestic competitions — are subject to official match results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, interruption, venue changes or other material changes, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each specific market type.

9.2 Palpable Errors

Where odds or pricing have been offered as a result of a demonstrable technical error, human error or data feed failure, dkk11 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether bets have been settled at the incorrect price.

9.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-wager and aggregate payout limits apply across all sports and casino categories. These limits are published in the Platform's rules section and are subject to change. Winnings that exceed applicable limits may be adjusted to the maximum payout amount.

9.4 Minimum Stake

Minimum stake amounts are displayed at the time of bet placement and are denominated in PKR where the account currency is set to PKR. Minimum stakes may vary by market, game type and account tier.

dkk11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform recognises that a small proportion of users may experience difficulty managing their gambling behaviour and provides tools to help every user stay in control.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps at any time. Reductions take immediate effect; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Users may specify a maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Reality Check Prompts: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding users of the duration of their current session.

dkk11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy or Privacy Policy.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, cheating or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal, regulatory or compliance obligation requiring account restriction.

Upon closure, any real money Balance in excess of active wagering requirement obligations will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable balance may be forfeited upon closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dkk11 support via Live Chat or the Help Center. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Please allow for any pending Wagers to be settled before requesting closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkk11, its operators, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to: loss of Wager funds, loss of profits, data loss, technical failures, service interruptions or platform downtime.

dkk11 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or completely secure. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are advised to maintain appropriate device security measures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

dkk11 collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate your Account, fulfil KYC obligations, process payments and comply with applicable legal requirements. All data processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using dkk11, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All content on the dkk11 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, design elements and databases, is the intellectual property of dkk11 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without the prior written consent of dkk11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dkk11 is licensed and incorporated, as notified in the Platform's licensing information. dkk11 does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and makes no representation that these Terms are enforceable under Pakistani law.

Pakistani users access the Service at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice specific to Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through customer support may be referred to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as specified in the Platform's licensing conditions.

dkk11 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by displaying an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
